Boon Bakery was born out of the pursuit of gluten free bread and baked goods that are enjoyable to eat but do not compromise on health. The belief is that food is as good as the quality of ingredients and the amount of love put into it.
Gluten free does not have to mean a life without flavourful and healthful bread. While gluten free bread can never be the same as it's wheat counterparts, it is just as enjoyable. Each flour brings with it its own unique flavours and textures and a greater nutritional profile than wheat flour.
Everything baked by Boon Bakery is free from gluten, dairy, soy, gums, artificial colours and flavourings. These breads are vegan, hand made with pride, passion, and love.
