Cococciola comes from 1 hectare of vineyard trained with Abruzzo pergola planted in 1985 on the Loreto Aprutino estate. Its large, greenish bunches are hand-picked and immediately taken to the cellar to be crushed, destemmed and delicately pressed. The fermentation of the must takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature with the help of selected yeasts, and finally the wine is refined for about 4 months before bottling.
Cococciola has a pale straw yellow color with greenish reflections, an aroma with hints of unripe and citrus fruit. On the palate it is characterized by its well-balanced acidity followed by a pleasant persistence.
