Oveja La Quesara is a Spanish firm sheep's milk cheese that is infused with Rosé Champagne during its aging process. This unique process gives the cheese a distinct fruity, elegant, and slightly acidic flavour profile.
Aged for at least 5 months to develop an intense flavor and firm, compact, yet melt-in-your-mouth texture, it has a rich, earthy sheep's milk base, complemented by the light, fruity aroma and delicate acidity from the Rosé Champagne infusion.
