This process infuses the cheese with unique aromas of barrel-aged vanilla, bread pudding, and candied bacon. You’ll taste spicy-sweet flavors of honey, apple, and nectarine, plus a mild “blue” finish.

Rogue Creamery is the American specialist for blue cheeses, with multiple awards. Smokey Blue is a precursor in the world of cheeses, as it was the very first smoked blue cheese to be created. Since 2003, other cheesemakers have followed suit, seeking to copy this delicious new blue cheese.
