This farmstead fresh goat cheese log has a fresh lactic taste and a soft, creamy texture. Spread on bread, sliced for warm goat cheese crouton, or crumbled on pizza, pasta, or salad, the Latatabah enhances all dishes.

Its name is inspired by the tobacco lath, "Latte à tabac", a wooden rod used to dry tobacco plants in sheds. Tobacco farming was widespread in Lanaudière until the mid-1980s. The land now belonging to La Suisse Normande farm and cheese factory was once dedicated to this crop.
