Saint Martin d'Argental is a soft cheese with a bloomy rind made from cow's milk. Produced in the heart of the Bourgogne, this cheese has a lactic aroma, a direct and fruity taste and a mildness in the mouth, creating a very soft texture. With the flavours of the countryside it would pair well with a crisp white wine.
