These knives are created to be gentle on your special wooden charcuterie boards and are child friendly. These knives spread soft cheeses and can cut hard cheeses as well as meat. All the knives can be washed in water and revitalized with mineral oil. Dill and rough edges can be easily repaired with abrasive paper.
