We have to thank our ancient Egyptian brethren for the pairing of Honey & Mustard. Amazingly this marvellous food pairing also appears in a 13th century Arabic cookbook. There's no doubt that this is a delicious pairing, each food in their own right is delicious and together, on a Rubio olive oil crisp, its never made more sense. This specific crisp flavour never overpowers your senses; first you get that lovely fried potato taste, rich with olive oil, and then you get this spicy mustard note that is ever-so lightly tamed by the sweet note of honey. Iberian Ham (or Jamon Iberico) is specifically made from the Black Iberian pig breed and held in high esteem among pig farmers, a very special meat and Rubio, with the Inessence brand really knows how to make a premium quality crisp.
