This goat Camembert is rolled in vegetable ash and allowed to develop its bloomy rind in our soft cheese cellars. Nanny is aged in two environmentally distinct cellars: in the first to develop its white fluffy exterior and in the second to complete its flavour and paste evolution.Â
This luscious cheese is delicately mild and sweet when young and gains pungency and piquant qualities with age. The rind may be eaten or trimmed depending on your taste.Â
