Silver & Green prepares a range of healthy olives with love using simple, clean ingredients with no added nasties. All their flavoured olives are created using the Greek olive varieties Kalamata and Halkidiki. Ever since their launch they have worked hard to get as close to the farmers as possible to ensure that the olives are produced responsibly and respectfully. Great care is taken at every stage of the process, from the selection of the olives to the removal of the brine the olives are cured in to the preparation of the marinades that give them their unique flavour.
These olives have been prepared using wholesome and traditional Mediterranean methods; Silver & Green olives are naturally ripened, hand picked, and authentically cured.
Garlic Stuffed Olives: Plump pitted green olives in oil, hand stuffed with a generous clove of pickled garlic.
Pitted Kalamata Olives: Pitted Kalamata olives prepared by the Silver & Green team and preserved in a blend of sunflower oil and extra virgin olive oil.
Paprika Chilli Olives: Mixed pitted olives prepared by the Silver & Green team. Marinated in a blend of sunflower oil and extra virgin olive oil with smoked paprika and chilli.
Rosemary Garlic Olives: Mixed whole olives in oil with rosemary and garlic
Sweet Basil Olives: Pitted green olives prepared by the Silver & Green team. Marinated in a blend of sunflower oil and extra virgin olive oil loaded with basil.
Thyme Bay Green Olives: Pitted green olives prepared by the Silver & Green team. Marinated in a blend of sunflower oil and extra virgin olive oil with thyme and bay.
