This is a truly unique blue cheese from Veneto, a pasteurised, cow's milk blue which is steeped in Limoncello during maturation. The resultant flavour is heady and sharp, the Limoncello having imbued the blue from rind to core. To accent the flavours of Limoncello are candied lemon pieces and tablets of white chocolate to add richness. The sweet notes from the lemon are the perfect accompaniment to the punch of blue cheese flavour.Â
