Founded in 2004, the OKINA biscuit factory is located in Idaux-Mendy, in the heart of the Soule, the smallest and most authentic of the seven provinces of the Basque Country.  This artisan company of 11 people offers sweet and savoury biscuits and Basque cakes. Their simple recipes are made from top quality ingredients, locally sourced.
