Plaisir au Beaujolais is a washed rind soft cheese, made with pasteurized cow's milk. It has been created to celebrate the famous Beaujolais Nouveau wine arrival (from vineyards of Beaujolais). The rind is washed with Beaujolais wine during the maturation of the cheese. It has a soft, creamy and melting paste.
