Riopelle de l’Isle is from Quebec’s Fromagerie de l'Île-aux-Grues and is named for famed Canadian artist Jean-Paul Riopelle who’s artwork graces the label.
This is a triple cream, bloomy rind french cheese in the style of a traditional French Brie. Notes of mushrooms and cream linger as the buttery soft cheese melts in your mouth. A must try for soft cheese lovers.
