This rosé wine comes from Montepulciano D’Abruzzo grapes.
After hand-picking the grapes, crushing-destemming and soft pressing are carried out, immediately separating the must from the skins. The vinification continues inside the steel tanks at a controlled temperature where, at the end of the fermentation, an aging period of 3 months will follow.
A very delicate light pink with floral and fresh fruit scents with herbaceous nuances distinguish this Rosé from the classic Cerasuolo. Freshness and persistence are perfectly balanced with a slightly almond final taste.Â
