Here at The Cheese Gallery our love for Canadian cheese runs deep. Celebrating and highlighting the work of our outstanding Canadian cheesemakers, mongers and affineurs is one of our core values. When our resident Cheesemonger competed at the Canadian Championships last year her presentation focused on both the legacy and the future of Canadian cheese.

As she put it "one of the best parts of my job is being a voice for Canadian cheese, it is an honour to be able to celebrate all the amazing cheeses we create here in Canada".
